Dans ses motsMovement and physical activity have always been central to Carmen's life. After a successful career in the private sector, she decided to follow her passion for health and wellness by completing a PTA/OTA diploma. Working in rehabilitation with individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents sparked a deeper desire to help people move and feel better every day.
To expand her skills, she trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy and is currently pursuing a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy (RMT). She is passionate about supporting others on their wellness journeys and loves being able to help people improve mobility, reduce pain, and enjoy life more fully ... one stretch at a time.
