Caroline is a graduate of the 2-year Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in Kelowna. Having worked in a behind the scenes capacity in health care over the last 10 years, she decided that a change in careers was necessary.
As someone who suffers from chronic headaches, she found that massage had an incredible impact on both their occurrence and severity. Massage had such a profound impact in her life that she wanted to be able to share that with others. Through hands on time, education, and the importance of self-care using both therapeutic exercise and stretching, Caroline's focus is to get her patient's to be able to live their lives to the fullest with as little pain as possible.
In her free time she loves to spend time being creative, reading and walking with her dogs and exploring this beautiful valley we live in.
