About Caroline
Caroline has been a registered massage therapist for 27 years with an undergraduate degree in physical education. She is a member of the International Association of Health Care Practitioners, the Massage Therapy Association of B.C., and the College of Complementary Health Professionals of B.C.
As an RMT, Caroline has experience working with people of all ages from infancy to adults, acute sports injuries, chronic pain, and stress management. Caroline is inspired to help others heal and recover from acute and chronic injuries such as whiplash, concussion, headaches, sinus problems, TMJ, muscle strains, ligament sprains, and back and neck pain.
Caroline is trained to perform treatments in Deep Tissue Massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Relaxation Massage, and many other techniques. She has acquired post-education credits in Canada, the USA, and Japan. Her multitude of massage techniques allows her to reduce swelling/headaches/sinus congestion through Lymphatic Drainage Therapy as well as help brain function, mental clarity, and increased energy through Craniosacral Therapy. She is able to help patients with acute injuries and chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, swelling and pain in the back/neck/arms/hands/legs/feet, as well as Central Nervous System Dysfunction.
