About Cassandra
ABOUT:
Cassandra is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, work stress, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting women through periods of overwhelm, burnout, emotional stress, and changing life roles. Cassandra also has experience working with individuals coping with chronic illness, including cancer, as well as their loved ones.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, person-centred, and trauma-informed. Cassandra draws from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), self-compassion approaches, inner child work, and nervous system regulation strategies. She believes therapy should feel grounding, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs - a space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
Cassandra is passionate about helping clients deepen emotional awareness, build self-compassion, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. She strives to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing and growth.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, Cassandra worked in communications, which continues to inform her thoughtful, relational approach with clients.
