Dans ses motsHello! I'm a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who’s been practicing in massage therapy for the past 10 years. I graduated with my 2 year (2200hr) massage therapy diploma from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2015.
I take a client-centred, treatment-based approach to massage therapy. It is important to me that my clients leave feeling like they got what they needed out of the treatment. I will often recommend optional stretches or exercises if I feel it will benefit the client.
My specialty is treating temporal-mandibular joint disorder (TMJD) by accessing muscles of the jaw through the mouth with intraoral TMJ massage, as well as externally through the face and neck. Currently, TMJ treatments are 90% of my massage practice.
I also have additional training in breast massage, cupping massage and have many years of experience with perinatal massage, repetitive strain injuries, pain management, deep tissue massage and relaxation massage.
