ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
At times, it can feel like you’re moving through life on autopilot; overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Therapy can be a space for you to slow down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a meaningful way. This is the kind of mindful, supportive presence I bring into our work together.
I support children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, feeling disconnected from yourself, relationship challenges, and the often unseen weight many women carry.
This can look like holding the mental and emotional load in relationships, feeling responsible for others’ needs, or struggling to find space for yourself without guilt. If you tend to overthink, feel deeply, or find it hard to balance everything in a fast-paced world, having a space that is just for you can be incredibly grounding and supportive.
Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you while also building tools that feel practical and supportive in your everyday life.
Therapy with me is about meeting you where you are and moving at your pace.
My approach is warm, collaborative, attuned, and moments of humour woven in. We’ll begin to notice patterns, reflect more deeply, and gently challenge what may be keeping you stuck by creating a space that feels aligned with your goals, and most importantly, a space where you can show up as your authentic self.
I also value creativity when working with younger clients, whether through conversation or interactive, play-based approaches to create a space that feels both engaging and safe enough for you to express what might be hard to put into words.
I also incorporate somatic tools to support the connection between your mind and body, helping you slow down, tune in, and build awareness in a way that feels approachable and grounding.
I believe therapy is not a linear path, but a meaningful and evolving journey. Wherever you find yourself right now, there is space here to explore, grow, and reconnect, and I would be happy to take that first step together.
