Dans ses motsCaterina graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in 2009 and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has a passion for helping her clients achieve their optimal health goals through Massage Therapy. Her dedication to providing quality massage treatments is shown through her compassionate approach to improving clients overall health and well being. She has experience treating all ages from infant to the elderly, while customizing her treatments accordingly. Caterina effectively treats using moderate to deep pressure with a therapeutic approach that is tailored to her clients individual needs. Caterina is also experienced in providing Prenatal Massage to her expecting clients to help them feel comfortable throughout their pregnancy (including induction massage!) Her core belief is that it is not only important to have a client feel relaxed and relieved after each session but also educated on posture, body mechanics, stretches and exercises that pertain to them, so that they can feel their best outside of the clinic. Experiences in light to medium pressure. Caterina maintains a healthy lifestyle herself through running and yoga while encouraging others to maintain regular exercise as well.
