Having experienced the powerful benefits of massage therapy in her own life, Cat brings a heartfelt presence and a deep curiosity about the body to every treatment. She creates a calm, respectful space where clients feel truly listened to—whether they’re seeking relief, space to reconnect with themselves, or support on a longer healing journey.
Cat graduated with distinction from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December 2024 and is thrilled to be joining the exceptional team at Sea to Sky Massage. Her work is guided by intuition, evidence-based practice, and a genuine desire to help others move with greater comfort and confidence. She adapts each session to the individual, integrating a range of techniques including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), passive stretching, joint mobilizations and general Swedish massage.
Outside the clinic, Cat enjoys cooking, strength training and fly fishing. She loves connecting with people from all backgrounds, speaks Mandarin and is learning Spanish and French.
