Cayden Orallo has been a Registered Kinesiologist since 2020 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and experience in active rehabilitation, performance training, movement assessment, and return-to-sport coaching. He helps clients move beyond pain relief by restoring function, rebuilding strength, and improving performance for sport, work, and everyday life. Cayden has worked with athletes, active adults, ICBC clients, and individuals with complex neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injuries. His approach combines evidence-based kinesiology, strength and conditioning, movement quality, and practical coaching to support both recovery and long-term performance. He also has experience working within multidisciplinary rehabilitation settings and developing progressive exercise programs for complex cases. As a former BC Premier Baseball League athlete, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt competitor, and instructor at Lapel Arts Jiu-Jitsu Academy, Cayden understands the physical and psychological demands of training, injury, coaching, and recovery. His own recovery from ACL surgery has shaped his belief that effective rehabilitation must rebuild confidence, movement capacity, and performance—not just heal tissue. Cayden is passionate about helping clients become stronger, more resilient, and more capable for the long term.
