About Celina
Celina completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia before pursuing her Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia. After returning home to British Columbia, she is excited to help individuals in her community move with greater confidence, overcome pain, and get back to doing the things they enjoy most.
Celina believes that successful rehabilitation starts with understanding the individual, not just the injury. She takes the time to listen to each person's story, working collaboratively to develop treatment plans that are tailored to their goals, lifestyle, and needs. By combining hands-on treatment, movement analysis, exercise prescription, and education, she strives to help her clients build lasting strength, confidence, and independence throughout their recovery.
She has a special interest in chronic pain management, sports-related injuries, movement mechanics and injury prevention, women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapy, and Clinical Pilates. As a lifelong learner, Celina is committed to continuing her education and expanding her clinical skills to provide the highest quality care for her clients.
Outside the clinic, you'll often find Celina exploring the outdoors hiking, skiing or running. She also enjoys strength training, Pilates, yoga, curling up with a good book, and spending time with her cat.
