À propos de Chandika
Dans ses motsMeet Chandika, our Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Before becoming a therapist, she spent 27 years as a pharmacist, where her passion for supporting others on their wellness journey first took root. Over time, she came to understand that true healing extends beyond physical health to include emotional and psychological well-being. Her transition from pharmacy to psychotherapy reflects a deep, lifelong commitment to helping people live healthier, more balanced lives.
Chandika holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and brings a holistic, compassionate approach to her work—always meeting clients with care, curiosity, and respect. As a mother of two and a professional who has balanced both career and family life, Chandika understands the everyday challenges many clients face. Her unique blend of healthcare experience and therapeutic insight allows her to connect with individuals from all walks of life, offering a grounded, empathetic, and supportive space for healing and growth.
Outside of work, Chandika enjoys playing tennis, staying active through regular workouts, and spending time travelling with her family. She also loves discovering new cuisines and exploring different cultures through food.
