Triage Appointment
« For student-athletes who have hurt themselves over the weekend and need to be assessed. This is only if you feel like you could not practice or play fully with the injury you have sustained. This is not a treatment. It is an opportunity for a certified AT to assess your injury and advise of next steps (ie book you in for therapy for the coming week, book you in with a Sports Med Physician, give advice on how to manage your injury until your next therapy appointment, update coaches, etc.). »

Exercise Rehab (in Varsity Gym)
« Work on your rehab exercises with a Certified Athletic Therapist. This is a group appointment, and the Certified AT on duty will help each person work though rehab exercises aimed at reconditioning specific muscles to speed up recovery and prepare you for return to play. »
