我的健康之路深受家庭影響，特別是我的父親，他是一位生物能信息醫學的專家。專門幫助客戶解決環境毒素，如重金屬及過敏原。而我因此耳濡目染。後來也對身心健康、能量平衡產生了濃厚的興趣，並將這份熱情轉化為我的專業使命。
我在2013年開始學習中醫，並於2021年開始職業。在中醫學的基礎上，我也積極學習現代能量療法與靈性健康，擁有靈氣治療師的證照，希望將傳統與現代的健康智慧相結合，為患者帶來更全面的身心靈支持。
作為中醫師，我專注於以下幾個領域：
第一、針對常見的痛症如肩頸、腰背酸痛，提供迷你刃針療法，專門解除因過勞、外傷、ICBC 車禍外傷、術後引起的筋膜沾黏活動受限與疼痛。
第二、幫助調理女性健康問題（如月經失調、經前症候群等）以及美顏針灸幫助女性改善女性的自信。
第三、幫助客戶調理睡眠障礙，以及憂鬱與焦慮情緒問題。
第三、通過中醫體質分析，提供專屬的飲食與生活習慣建議，幫助客戶在日常生活中養成健康的習慣。
第四、配合能量療法：包括寶石光療、靈氣療法、還有精油和脈輪調理。不僅可以幫助平衡身體的修復，還能調和身心能量，改善氣場，讓您恢復內在與外在的活力。
