As a massage therapist, I seek clients that have anything from the simplest of pains to the uniquely misunderstood causes of pain.
Every massage is unique in its own way, with the focus of increasing mobility/ flexibility, decreasing muscle tension/pain and improve quality of health.
I have a passion in helping people clear their ongoing painful conditions or other related injuries . Through massage, and my committed ongoing education, it allows me to achieve those goals. I pride myself with being different. Building tailored therapeutic plans, with the use on numerous forms on massage modalities....which is NOT a one style suits all. I believe that further educating myself and helping clients understand the body , so they can live a healthy lifestyle.
As a Certified Kinetic Massage Therapist , I have a clear overall understanding of the bodies mechanical motion. This helps everlasting change for the clients I see. I also like to implement exercises that are simple to do and easy to follow with the Egoscue Method which is a postural alignment therapy, that helps release the long tense muscle or even the short glued together muscles.
In the end, your needs come first. I offer many techniques, which range from relaxation, therapeutic, postural realignment and kinetic massage. To assess each client where they are at and to inspire them to make their body a priority, through therapeutic massage.
