Christina brings a calm, attuned, and compassionate presence to her work. She supports individuals, couples, families, and groups in reconnecting with their inner rhythm the place where mind, body, and spirit meet. Her approach invites awareness of the body’s wisdom, helping clients gently notice what is held, where there is tension, and how safety and ease can begin to return.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Trauma-Focused CBT, Christina integrates body-based and relational practices that honour each person’s pace and lived experience. She works alongside those navigating trauma, relational pain, anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, and the tender work of rebuilding connection and meaning.
Christina’s practice extends beyond the therapy room through community advocacy, outreach, and mediation. She holds a deep respect for palliative work and for supporting older adults in life transitions.
Collaborating closely with a network of health professionals, Christina offers integrative care that meets the whole person fostering presence, resilience, and reconnection. Her services are eligible for coverage under most extended and workplace insurance plans.
