With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist — both as a clinic owner and working within multidisciplinary teams — I am passionate about helping clients overcome bodily pain while working with them to help achieve their health and wellness goals. I specialize in myofascial release and cupping, with additional expertise in treating TMJ disorder, Frozen Shoulder, and sciatic pain. In addition to my massage therapy practice, I bring a solid background in healthcare that includes being a birthing coach, conducting medical exams for insurance clients, and being a palliative nurse. A natural helper at heart, I am committed to finding effective, personalized solutions that support each client’s journey toward better movement, function, and overall well-being!
