About Christine
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I owned a yoga and wellness studio for 13 years, while also teaching yoga and mindfulness for 17 years. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, walking alongside clients, gently leading when necessary and always with a compassionate ear. If you’re looking for a therapist to sit with you through the hard times and help you find ease along the way, we might be a good fit. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore emotions, discover practical coping strategies, and be yourself without judgment.
My areas of focus include perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility), parenting struggles, anxiety, depression, stress, adolescent concerns, trauma, grief, cancer support and loss. Crying infant or rambunctious toddler in the background? Don’t worry, I’ve been there. I practice what I preach and believe everyone deserves a place to feel heard and supported, particularly by someone outside of their inner circle. No matter your age or story, I see you and will hold space for you.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from several modalities to meet your unique needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches. My background with mindfulness, yoga, and somatic techniques further complements my approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what feels stuck, and how to gently build a path forward.
I hope to speak with you soon and believe in your ability to grow and move forward with purpose and resilience. For your convenience, appointments are offered both in person (Mondays) and virtually throughout the week.
