Christine’s approach is creating a customized client centred plan of assessment and treatment. Strengthening and/or stretching suggestions are offered to provide self-management tools for ongoing care. Cranial-vertebral-sacral assessment, gentle joint mobilization, soft tissue release, and visceral mobilization are used to move the body towards homeostasis.
Christine’s practice includes many conditions, including but not limited to, repetitive strain injuries, high impact injuries (whiplash, concussion, headaches), back/neck pain, peri-natal, hyper-mobility, TMJ/jaw pain, digestive and respiratory conditions, stress/anxiety reduction and chronic pain. She is open to discussing other conditions that may be of concern.
In her spare time, Christine pursues an active lifestyle of running, swimming, and cycling. She also enjoys yoga, reading, meditation and being in nature.
Christine is excited about being part of the multi-disciplinary team at Sutherland-Chan Danforth Clinic and welcomes new and returning clients.
