My career has been defined by a deep fascination with human body functional training and weight training, and I’ve spent nearly a decade helping clients optimize how they move and perform.
As your future Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I translate that expertise into clinical manual therapy—ensuring your treatment isn't just about relaxation, but about improving your body's functional longevity.

Navigating the journey to becoming an RMT in British Columbia is no small feat. The program and board exams I’ve completed are widely considered some of the most rigorous and impressive in North America. This intensive training ensures that when you see me, you are receiving care backed by a high standard of clinical excellence.
My goal is to be a practitioner known for technical precision and a results-oriented approach—someone my patients describe as both a knowledgeable clinician and a dedicated partner in their health journey.
Philosophy & Life Outside the Clinic
I’ve always believed that health is a 24/7 commitment, a philosophy I’ve lived by since my teenage years through a dedicated healthy diet and clean living. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll likely find me in the gym staying true to my roots in weight training or exploring new ways to stay active.
