À propos de Christine
Dans ses motsI believe that everyone deserves to feel his or her best, and I believe that food plays a big role in
making that happen. My goal is to empower athletes, especially female athletes to embrace food as a
tool that supports not only athletic performance, but longevity, health and well-being! I believe that
food is more than just calories and macronutrients and I always encourage my clients to adopt a food
first approach that fulfills them physically and mentally without restriction!
I am a registered dietitian with a powerful understanding of the connection between the body
and the food that fuels it. I have a background in exercise science, which I studied before pursuing
dietetics with an ultimate career goal of working in sports nutrition. I completed my Master of Science in
Food and Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario in 2015 and went on to complete the
International Olympic Committee’s Sport Nutrition Diploma in 2018.
In my spare time, I love to be outside, in all 4 seasons; I plan to try cross-country skiing for the
first time this winter! I also love paddleboarding, downhill skiing, camping and hiking. When I am not
outdoors, I enjoy reading and baking treats to share with friends and family.
Favourite Quote: « Il est bien d’être important, mais plus important d’être bien » which loosely
translates to « It is good to be important/popular, but more important to be well and happy”.
