Dans ses motsChristy graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for over two years in a variety of clinical settings. She then went on to the University of Alberta, where she completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy, developing a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury management, and active rehabilitation.
Christy is passionate about helping individuals return to the activities they enjoy, build resilience, and remain active long-term. Her treatment approach includes education, hands-on manual therapy, and individualized exercise programs to promote recovery and long-term function. She values continued professional development and is committed to growing her clinical knowledge to provide evidence-informed care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys strength and conditioning, running, and, most recently, pickleball, as well as spending time outdoors hiking and camping in the summer months.

MVA Assessment (IP)New patient
« MVA (motor vehicle accident) assessments are for anyone who's been involved in a car accident in Alberta within 2 weeks of the date of injury. Our physiotherapist will take a detailed history and perform an in depth analysis of your injury. The initial assessment takes approximately 60 minutes and includes a short treatment. They will fill out the proper paperwork that your auto insurance requires. Please note in notes section of your booking if your injury is the result of a car accident.. »MVA Treatment (IP)83

We believe in the value of education and quality care and we have adjusted our treatment times to reflect that. « Shockwave Therapy (acoustic pressure wave, not electric shock), is a safe, and effective treatment approach for a wide range of medical conditions. It stimulates healing & breaks down scar tissue & is very effective for those chronic issues like tendonitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis etc.
We combine our shockwave treatment with a manual therapy physiotherapy treatment for maximum effectiveness and resolve the biomechanical issues that caused the injury to prevent it from returning.
