Cindy holds a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Master of Human Kinetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education with a specialization in Health Promotion from Laurentian University. She is licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Her practice is rooted in a holistic and individualized approach, emphasizing patient education, active rehab, and sustainable strategies for injury prevention. Cindy has completed advanced training in functional movement techniques, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and acupuncture/dry needling—all of which she integrates into her tailored treatment plans.
Dedicated to helping individuals overcome pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities that bring them confidence, purpose, and joy. She integrates evidence-based care with a personalized approach to support lasting recovery and wellness at every stage. Providing inclusive, accessible care to a diverse range of patients, whether it’s a sports injury, post-surgical rehab, or everyday aches, Cindy brings empathy, precision, and motivation to each patient encounter. She is committed to continuous professional development and is always expanding her knowledge to stay at the leading edge of physiotherapy care.
When she’s not in the clinic, Cindy leads an active lifestyle that includes team sports like volleyball, basketball, and soccer, as well as regular gym workouts. She also loves to travel and explore new cultures—an extension of her open-minded, person-centered approach to life and care.
