I bring a sense of authenticity and deep respect to the therapeutic space by integrating evidence-based techniques with a client-centred approach, where interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.
With a strong focus on attachment injuries and recovery, I feel honoured to walk alongside clients' difficult transitions and help them cultivate new coping skills to become the best versions of themselves. My commitment to fostering emotional growth is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive, and I strive to empower each person on their journey towards creating lasting and meaningful change.
