Dans ses motsI am a Registered Acupuncturist and a member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. Through my own experience with acupuncture, I have witnessed how it can support the body and mind in navigating and releasing physical and emotional discomfort, allowing deeper processing and integration of challenging life experiences. I have also gained valuable experience in trauma care by working alongside trauma-informed counsellors, which has deepened my understanding of how acupuncture can complement emotional and mental health support.
My trauma-informed approach emphasizes collaboration, safety, empowerment, and somatic awareness. Collaboration is central to this work - it allows clients to be informed, guide their own healing, fosters trust, and ensures each session respects their unique needs and pace. When offered in this way, acupuncture engages the body’s innate intelligence, supporting emotional, physical, and energetic well-being beyond symptom relief. I am honored to witness clients access deeper, sustainable healing through this gentle and attentive process.
