Dans ses motsHello, my name is Cody Brown. I have been practicing Massage Therapy for 4 years now, graduating from Westervelt College in 2022. I practice primarily traditional Swedish Massage Therapy, with a focus in deep tissue work. With that in mind, I firmly believe in working within each client's tolerance and helping bring them towards their specific goals. I bring a rounded approach of challenging tissue, while also incorporating relaxational techniques to provide both a therapeutic, and relaxational experience. With my background in sport and fitness, I can also provide helpful insight into remedial exercise options, or any questions you might have regarding what practices would benefit you between appointments.
