About Cole
Do you find yourself overthinking everything, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or ADHD, struggling to set boundaries, and quietly carrying grief or loss? You might look like you’re managing on the outside, but inside feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. You’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate this on your own. Therapy can be a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re going through, and begin creating meaningful change.
Cole is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. He has a particular focus on supporting individuals who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries. Together, you will explore what’s beneath these patterns while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
Cole’s approach to counselling is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. He draws from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows Cole to implement both immediate strategies, such as managing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, or intense emotions and longer-term change.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, he worked as a Case Worker with Big Brothers Big Sisters, supporting youth and young adults in navigating life challenges, relationships, and personal growth. This experience shaped his ability to connect with young people in a meaningful way and deepened his understanding of the unique pressures that can come with identity development, transitions, and finding your place in the world.
Cole aims to offer a steady, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. He takes a holistic approach to mental health, and when helpful, can collaborate with other healthcare providers to support your overall well-being. If you’re ready to feel less overwhelmed, navigate ADHD or emotions more effectively, build healthier relationships, and move through grief with support, he would be honoured to walk alongside you.
