I hold an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Leadership. Through both my professional and personal experiences, I understand what it means to feel vulnerable and uncertain at times. While these moments can feel uncomfortable, they can also create opportunities for deeper self-understanding, personal growth, and learning. I believe therapy can help us become more aware of how we respond to life’s challenges rather than simply reacting to them, while also learning to approach ourselves with greater patience, compassion, and understanding along the way.
I have been a Licensed member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since August 2015. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted as they are. I am accepting new clients for virtual services across Ontario.
