Colombe Mazerolle
À propos de Colombe
Dans ses motsI help individuals and couples build emotional balance, heal from past pain, and create healthier relationships. If you struggle with, intense emotions that feel overwhelming, ongoing conflict or disconnection in relationships or feeling stuck in survival mode or repeating self-sabotaging patterns, I am here to help. My goal is to support you in finding clarity, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of connection; with yourself and with others.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I integrate a range of tools and approaches (e.g., DBT, EFT, ACT, CBT) to help you better understand your emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and shift unhelpful patterns. Always at a pace and style that feels right for you.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, supportive journey that begins with getting to know you: your story, your struggles, and what you hope to change. From the very beginning, I work to create a non-judgmental, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, just a willingness to explore and grow.
