Dans ses motsCory graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Kinesiology and during Covid furthered his education at the Ontario College of Health and Technology with a certificate in Massage Therapy. He most recently completed a Fascial Stretch Therapy course, and is now an FST Level 1 practitioner.
Growing up, he played and competed in a variety of sports, such as basketball, volleyball, and track & field, which ultimately led to his fascination and curiosity with how the body functions and works together, as well as ways to manage and recover from various injuries. Cory is very passionate about helping others and works closely with all of his patients to create a treatment plan, not only within the clinic but at home as well, which is uniquely tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. He uses a variety of techniques such as effleurage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and now FST.
