About Courtney
Courtney is a Registered Social Worker and the founder of Everest Therapeutics. She works with adults experiencing ADHD, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, burnout, workplace stress, grief, and life transitions.
Courtney has advanced training in ADHD treatment, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Complex Trauma Treatment, Integrative Couples Therapy, and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She has a particular interest in helping clients understand how attachment patterns, life experiences, and ADHD can influence emotions, relationships, communication, self-worth, and day-to-day functioning.
Her approach is practical, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Courtney believes therapy should feel human and relatable while also providing meaningful tools and insights. She works alongside clients to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, and create lasting change.
