Dans ses motsI started in the health and fitness industry well over a decade ago, moving from Personal Trainer to Medical Exercise Specialist and finally to Registered Massage Therapist. Now that I have a separate space at the house I will be complementing my 5 years of sports clinic experience with an at home clinic offering both day time, evening and weekends. Looking forward to giving some options to those who can't get into regular clinic hours.
