Dans ses motsCrystal has been practicing massage for 4 years and was previously working in the professional heath industry as well. Crystal graduated from the Alberta institute of Massage in 2019 earning her 2200 hours. She specializes in deep tissue massage and therapeutic therapy. She is also trained in myofascial cupping, trigger point therapy, prenatal, relaxation, hot stone (offered in the Red Deer clinic) and sports therapy. Crystal has always had and interest in human anatomy and loves working with other health practitioners! She enjoys helping her clients regain overall health and wellness.
When she’s not working you can find her enjoying the outdoors, hiking, playing sports in local leagues and doing photography. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and husband.
