At the heart of my practice is a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, using a combination of modalities, including narrative therapy to help you re-centre your true purpose, CBT to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that are holding you back, and ACT to help you acknowledge and accept your emotions regardless of life's stressors. Sometimes, we revisit the child within—working through past experiences like abuse, loss, or the shadow of trauma. Other times, we stay rooted in the now and carve out practical strategies that you can use in your life and report back for further refinement. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples and families, I specialize in: Anxiety, depression, grief & loss, self-esteem and identity, addiction and recovery, relationship issues and family dynamics, career stress, men’s issues & toxic masculinity, and emotional expression.
