Dans ses motsA graduate of Western University’s Master of Physical Therapy program and a certified Pilates instructor, Dahora takes an individualized, evidence-informed approach to treatment, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and clinical reasoning to help patients move and feel their best.
She has also completed the Orthopaedic Division AIM Level 1 & 2 (Upper Quadrant) courses to further develop her skills in assessing and treating upper extremity and spinal conditions. Dahora values building strong relationships with her patients and strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel confident throughout their recovery.
Dahora has been involved in sports since the age of six and brings a strong athletic background to her physiotherapy practice. She holds a 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and a Black Belt in Judo, and has previously trained in Jujitsu, Boxing, and Fencing, giving her a strong understanding of combat sports and sport-related injuries.
Having personally experienced sports injuries herself, she understands both the physical and mental challenges that can come with rehabilitation and returning to activity.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active and is currently training for her first HYROX!
