Dans ses motsI am a Registered Social Worker and Certified Canadian Counsellor, working with children, teens, and individuals to meet their individualized goals. I work with a variety of life's challenges with a focus on anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, self-harm, body image and emotional regulation.
I have worked in the human service field for over ten years, with youth and families in the community. I am offering counselling and skill-building services to children 7+, teens and individuals with a focus on teens and young adults. I utilize various techniques and modalities and have additional education in addiction counselling and eating disorders and I am passionate in these areas.
Direct billing is available with most benefit providers through Telus Health, including Alberta Blue Cross and FSCD.

« This conversation is dedicated to parents or other people who work/take care of youth who want to learn more about self-harm. Self-harm among teens and young adults is common and it may be important to know what it is and learn how to talk to your kids about it. « I am excited to partner with Kayla of HappyMoonYogi to bring the community a youth yoga and emotional regulation class! This class is a fun and relaxing class to help regulate and balance the body and mind. Participants will also learn valuable emotional regulation skills. This class is for ages 12-17 and written parent/guardian permission will be needed to participate. Please bring a water and mat/yoga mat if you have one. Kayla will also be teaching us how to make intention ornaments for the season!
