Daniel Sabau
À propos de Daniel
Dans ses motsYou don’t feel like yourself when you’re in pain, it stops you from doing the things you love. Whether you just sprained your ankle or you’ve got some nagging shoulder or back tension, treat yourself to some manual osteopathy or a massage. Daniel's tailored approach is designed to look at the body as whole in order not just treat the symptom, but address the underlying causes. A typical session starts with a full-body assessment, in order to track progress, then treatment to address the identified restrictions, and lastly home care to help the body integrate the changes. By focusing on relieving restrictions, postural alignment, and education, the body can take its natural course to heal, and nagging pain is easily managed.
Daniel studied Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, then massage at the renowned Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, and most recently received his Diploma of Manual Osteopathic Practice from the Southern Ontario School of Osteopathy. His passion for learning carries on, most recently he completed an advanced biomechanics course focusing on corrective exercise and postural alignment.
Movement isn’t just a job for Daniel, it’s his entire world. When he’s not studying anatomy, Daniel is out experiencing it! He enjoys being out doors practicing calisthenics, running, dancing, and acrobatics.
