Dans ses motsDanielle received her Bachelor of Social Work in 2008 from the University of Regina and has worked primarily in the education system supporting children, youth, and their families. Danielle takes a holistic approach to her work, recognizing the strong connection between the nervous system, emotional regulation, relationships, and overall well-being. She is passionate about helping individuals understand how their nervous system responds to stress and adversity, and about building resilience through practical, body-based, and relational strategies. She integrates mindfulness, emotional regulation, and resilience-building strategies to help individuals better understand their stress responses and develop practical coping skills. With years of experience, Danielle works collaboratively with students, caregivers, and community partners, using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to support a wide range of mental health and wellness needs.
