About Danny
Danny is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
He believes therapy works best when it’s a partnership—one that builds on strengths, fosters resilience, and encourages meaningful change. Danny is passionate about supporting individuals, teens, and families as they navigate life challenges. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, relationship challenges, self-esteem, trauma, or life changes and uncertainty, Danny aims to create a warm, safe, and accepting space where clients feel supported and empowered.
Danny’s approach is collaborative and client-centred, emphasizing individual strengths, resilience, and meaningful growth. He utilizes a range of evidence-based techniques and therapy models that best fit client needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as attachment based and somatic techniques. He is dedicated to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice and believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change. Danny is a neurodiversity-affirming, 2LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally sensitive therapist.
