As a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong focus on deep tissue work, I bring both clinical precision and real-world strength to my practice. I am a certified RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist, with advanced training in the upper body, lower body, and core protocols. My goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and recover faster.
Outside the clinic, I proudly represent Team Canada in powerlifting, specializing in the bench press. I’ve benched 682 lbs in competition — making me (probably) the strongest massage therapist in the world. My passion for strength and recovery informs everything I do, and I’m dedicated to helping others achieve peak performance, whether they’re elite athletes or working through everyday pain.
