Dans ses motsDavid completed his Master of Physical Therapy from Western University after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph. Passionate about treating sports and everyday injuries, David draws from his experience as an athlete, having played AAU basketball and powerlifting for several years. He understands firsthand the importance of returning patients back to the activities they love.
David’s approach to his practice involves an evidence-based blend of exercise prescription, patient-education, and manual therapy. He emphasizes tailoring treatments to meet each patient's unique needs. Currently, David has completed his AIM Level 1 to work towards his FCAMPT certification. He also completed additional courses in concussion management. His areas of interest include ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, meniscal injuries, shoulder injuries, and osteoarthritis.
David has completed placements at multiple sports medicine clinics, including the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic in London and the MSK Centre in Waterloo. He has worked with diverse populations, ranging from youths to OUA and professional athletes.
Outside of work, David enjoys listening to music from all genres, playing with his cat named Bowie, and watching basketball and football games. He loves traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines. Fun fact: David can play 7 different instruments!
