About Dhruti
Dhruti Shah is a dedicated Resident Physiotherapist passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and regain confidence in their bodies. She believes effective rehabilitation begins with understanding each patient’s unique goals and creating a supportive, motivating environment.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India, where she built a strong clinical foundation treating a wide range of conditions. Her primary focus is musculoskeletal care, including joint pain, soft-tissue injuries, and movement dysfunctions, with an emphasis on restoring strength, mobility, and function.
Dhruti also has a strong interest in geriatric care, supporting older adults in maintaining independence, improving balance, preventing falls, and staying active. Additionally, she has experience working with neurological conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s disease, focusing on mobility, coordination, and functional independence.
Her approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy with personalized care, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education to support long-term recovery and injury prevention.
Currently registered as a Resident Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, Dhruti is preparing for the Ontario Clinical Examination (OCE) as she works toward full licensure in Canada. Her goal is to help every patient feel stronger, more confident, and ready to return to an active, healthy lifestyle.
