As a RN specializing in labour and delivery, I am thrilled to embark on this journey with you. My primary goal is to provide guidance and support during the final weeks of your pregnancy, the labour and birth process, and the postpartum period as you nurture and bond with your newborn. I believe in placing the birthing person at the centre of care, recognizing that every person has their own unique experiences and stories. I view pregnancy, labour and birth as special opportunities to enhance self-confidence and foster a positive self-image. I bring additional expertise in trauma and mental health care to better support your unique needs.

You may be able to submit a portion of the pelvic floor physiotherapy class to your private insurance, we recommend checking with your insurance company to see whether they cover group classes as not all do. »
