I am very pleased to be venturing on a new journey as a healthcare professional. Massage therapy had been an aspiration of mine for many years and I am now able to provide therapeutic massage services for maintenance or to re-establish health for clients.
I graduated from CCMH Halifax in April 2019 and am a member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). I look forward to sharing my knowledge and skills to help others improve their physical health and manage pain. My objective is to help my clients take care of their health to prevent future physical dysfunction and/or progression of pathologies by explaining the purpose of their treatment throughout the process. I have trained and worked with clients in Enhanced Care and have treated clients living with neurological conditions, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, postural dysfunction, sprains, strains, pre and post-operative joint replacement, migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome and cancer survivors, to name a few. I am excited to expand my education further in a direction that will benefit my clientele.
I offer a warm welcoming environment where time is flexible so you won’t feel rushed. I also provide therapeutic massage services for those who are physically unable to access a clinic in which I will travel to their residential location.
I am patient, courteous, empathetic and dedicated to support you with your physical goals. I look forward to having the occasion of meeting you personally to discuss how we can improve the quality of your life together.
