Dans ses motsWith over a decade of experience in the field, I am passionate about providing personalized massage therapy that prioritizes communication and client-led experiences. My journey in massage therapy has been fueled by a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements. Persistent/chronic pain science has been a particular professional interest over the past four years.
I am currently working on specializing in treatments for pre and post-mastectomy patients, and also offer tailored care for pregnancy, managing scars, functional injuries, and postural concerns. My goal is to create a safe and healing space where your nervous system can downregulate, promoting overall well-being, and recovery.
One of the greatest joys of my career is the endless opportunities for growth and the ability to foster a supportive and nurturing environment within the treatment room. I firmly believe in the power of touch to heal both body and mind.
When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me enjoying the outdoors through walking and hiking, or relaxing with my dog and partner. Being new to the area, I'm eager to explore and would love any local suggestions you have!
