I'm Dr. Alex, a naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus in fertility, women's health, pregnancy, and pediatrics. I work with women who know something doesn't feel right and want to understand why. My goal is to help you put the pieces together, understand what's happening in your body, and leave with a clear plan for moving forward.
Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, navigating infertility, struggling with painful or irregular periods, managing PCOS/PMOS, or wondering why you still don't feel like yourself despite "normal" blood work, you deserve answers that make sense.
Many of my patients come in feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information or frustrated that they've been told everything looks "normal." I believe healthcare should be collaborative. My role is to help you understand your body, explain the reasoning behind my recommendations, and make sure you understand your options. I want you to leave every appointment feeling like things finally make sense.
Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Biology before earning my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I now provide care to patients throughout British Columbia and Manitoba, with virtual appointments available in both provinces and in person care in Kelowna.
