Dr. Ashley Bilodeau is a fully licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a keen interest in the functions of the body. Being drawn to the sciences, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley and continued on to CCNM-Boucher where she completed a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. Growing up in the Fraser Valley, Dr. Bilodeau participated in sports and enjoyed spending time outdoors. At Boucher this naturally led her to participate in the Sports Medicine Club, where she learned the Kinesio Taping method and became president in her last year of study. In her practice Dr. Bilodeau believes in building a solid foundation. You will work in partnership to find clarity and establish an action plan in working towards your goals. Dr. Bilodeau values going back to the basics and aims to create a safe place for people to build lifestyle, nutritional and movement habits that will then give you the confidence you need to adapt to challenges in the real world.
