I take a thoughtful, systems-based approach to naturopathic care. I enjoy helping patients understand the patterns behind their symptoms and how their body systems interact. I often work with people experiencing hormone-related changes, concerns with iron, inflammatory skin conditions, digestive issues, or autoimmune challenges, guiding them toward practical strategies that fit into real life.
My approach is evidence-informed and collaborative. I aim to make appointments feel approachable and educational, with space for questions and shared decision-making. I want patients to leave feeling confident in their understanding of their body and their plan for care.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy yoga, forest walks, quiet time with my cat, and ongoing learning in hormone, the microbiome and skin products.
