Dr. Boyd Badiuk was born and raised in a small town in Northwestern Ontario. He completed both his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and master’s degree at the University of Waterloo. His master’s thesis focused on assessing balance and mobility to reduce fall risk in older adults. He studied medicine at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine where he first discovered his passion for anesthesia. Upon graduation, he completed his family medicine residency at UBC and his family practice anesthesia residency at McMaster University. In addition to chronic pain and interventional pain medicine, he works as an Anesthetist at Kootenay Lake Hospital.
As part of the Solis Integrative Health Centre team Dr. Badiuk hopes to offer you tools that will enable you to reach your hopes and dreams and live a transformed life.
