Brenda is a registered acupuncturist, qigong teacher in training, and certified forest therapy guide. She supports people in restoring balance and reconnecting with their body’s natural capacity to heal.
Her areas of focus include nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, menopause and midlife transitions, digestive health, and autoimmune conditions. She also supports people living with chronic conditions such as chronic pain, stress, sleep challenges, and emotional wellbeing.
Brenda’s own healing journey deeply informs her practice, allowing her to bring empathy, authenticity, and grounded presence into every treatment. Drawn to acupuncture for many years, she eventually left a long-standing career to follow this calling. For Brenda, acupuncture is more than a profession. It is the work she feels she was always meant to do.
Outside the clinic, Brenda finds nourishment in nature, tending her garden, practicing qigong, and enjoying the stillness of yin yoga and meditation.
