By thoroughly explaining the nature of problems, advising on how to avoid future ones and prescribing exercise, I feel that I positively impact patients’ long-term health trajectories. I am also enthusiastic about core flexibility. Scientific evidence suggests that having core flexibility slows spinal degeneration and arthritis, which can begin as early as our mid-twenties.
